The Outlandos came together in 2009, when Rich launched the project. He put up "guitarist and drummer wanted" posters and in time connected with Andy. The band rehearsed several drummers over the years, and this year found the perfect addition, with Enio joining in November of 2018. "The challenge was securing the musicians with the chops and commitment for a project like this. I've found those qualities in Andy and Enio. The Police were an incredible hybrid of styles with each member contributing his own special approach. The result being something very unique and original. The chances of bringing together another set of three guys who can each nail those respective roles are very slim. I think I've done it."
